VAT is not applicable.
Home Office fees, Immigration Health Surcharge, biometric fees, translation costs, interpreter fees, postage and other third-party costs are not included unless clearly stated in writing.
All advice and services are provided only within our authorised level and category of registration (Level 1 Immigration & Asylum and Protection). If a matter is outside our authority or competence, we will explain this and, where appropriate, signpost the client to another suitably regulated adviser or legal representative.
We cannot guarantee the outcome of any immigration application. Decisions are made by the Home Office, or other relevant authority. However, we will take all reasonable professional steps within our authority to support your case and make your application successful.
