Shvorak UK Immigration Services provides immigration advice and services in a clear, structured and transparent way.
Your matter will be personally handled by Sviatoslav Shvorak, Principal Adviser at Shvorak UK Immigration Services, authorised at Level 1 Immigration and Level 1 Asylum & Protection by the Immigration Advice Authority.
For your convenience we can speak English, Polish, Ukrainian and Russian.
You may contact us to briefly explain your immigration matter and ask whether we may be able to assist.
We offer a 15-minute initial enquiry / consultation free of charge. This is used to understand the nature of your matter and to confirm whether it appears to be within our authorised level and category of registration.
This free initial enquiry does not include detailed legal advice, document review, written advice, or preparation of any application.
If further advice is required, you may book a detailed immigration consultation.
During the consultation, we will consider your circumstances, explain the relevant immigration options, identify the key requirements, and discuss possible next steps.
Before we accept instructions
Before we agree to carry out any paid work, we will explain:
• what work we are able to do;
• whether the matter is within our authorised level and category of registration;
• the professional fee;
• any Home Office fees or third-party costs that may apply;
• the likely timescale;
• what information and documents we will need from you.
If we agree to act for you, we will provide a Client Care Letter.
The Client Care Letter will confirm your instructions, the agreed scope of work, the professional fee, your responsibilities, our responsibilities, and how your case will be managed.
We will only carry out work that has been agreed with you.
We aim to keep clients informed of the progress of their matter.
We will notify you of any important correspondence, updates or decisions received from the Home Office or any other relevant authority.
You can contact us by email or telephone. Meetings are arranged by prior appointment only, so that sufficient time and privacy can be provided for each client consultation.
We will take care with any original documents provided to us.
Where original documents are required, they will be securely stored and returned to you as soon as they are no longer required.
Where necessary, copies of original documents may be provided to the client as soon as reasonably practicable.
Shvorak UK Immigration Services operates on a fixed-fee basis.
No advance payment is required before work begins. Fees are payable after the agreed stage of work has been completed and invoiced.
Payment is due within 7 calendar days of the invoice date.
VAT is not applicable.
Clients remain responsible for any Home Office fees, Immigration Health Surcharge, biometric fees, translation costs, interpreter fees, postage, courier fees, or other third-party costs unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Shvorak UK Immigration Services is a private, fee-charging organisation and does not operate under the Legal Aid scheme.
However, if it appears that you may qualify for free representation under Legal Aid, we will advise you of this and, where appropriate, direct you to a suitable provider.
We retain client files securely in accordance with regulatory and data protection requirements.
Client files may be retained for up to six years after the matter has concluded. After that period, the file may be permanently destroyed unless other arrangements have been made.
Shvorak UK Immigration Services holds Professional Indemnity Insurance.
This provides protection to clients in the unlikely event of professional negligence, misrepresentation, or incorrect advice causing financial or other loss.
All advice and services are provided only within our authorised level and category of registration.
If your matter is outside our authorisation or competence, we will explain this and, where appropriate, signpost you to another suitably regulated adviser or legal representative.
We cannot guarantee the outcome of any immigration application or matter.
Decisions are made by the Home Office or other relevant authority. However, we will take all reasonable professional steps within our authority to support your case and make your application successful.
