At Shvorak UK Immigration Services, we believe that every client matters.

We understand that immigration and welfare benefits issues can be stressful, personal and difficult to explain. We do not judge clients for their circumstances. We listen carefully, consider each case individually, and explain the options available.

We offer a professional, respectful and supportive approach. We explain relevant immigration rules or benefit requirements, possible risks, necessary evidence and practical next steps.

Our fees are transparent and reasonable. Before any paid work begins, we explain the services offered and the costs involved.

We are committed to helping clients make informed decisions, address immigration concerns where possible, and access welfare support for which they may qualify.

Immigration advice is provided only within our authorised level and category of registration with the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA). Welfare benefits support is a separate service and is not covered by IAA regulation.

We cannot guarantee the outcome of any application or claim. Decisions are made by the Home Office, DWP, Social Security Scotland or another relevant authority. However, we will take all reasonable professional steps within our authority to support your case and make your application successful.
